Terms of Service - Big Texan Steak Ranch

By accessing or using btsrsteaks.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Website.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to make purchases and reside in or ship to an address within the contiguous United States.
2. Products and Orders
All prices are in U.S. dollars and subject to change. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inability to verify payment. Canceled orders after payment will receive a full refund.
3. Food Safety and Handling
SAFE HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat.
Safe Cooking Temperatures (USDA):
- Steaks, roasts, chops: 145F (63C) with 3-minute rest
- Ground beef: 160F (71C)
Storage: Keep frozen at 0F (-18C). Thaw in refrigerator (24hrs per 1-2 lbs), cold water (change every 30 min), or microwave (cook immediately). Never thaw at room temperature.
Customer Responsibility: From delivery, you are solely responsible for proper handling, storage, preparation, cooking, and consumption of all products.
4. Allergen Disclosure
ALLERGEN WARNING: Products are processed in facilities handling milk, wheat, egg, soy, fish, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts, and sesame. We cannot guarantee cross-contamination will not occur. Beef is a known allergen for Alpha-gal syndrome.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to the 48 contiguous United States only. Shipping times are estimates. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns and Refunds
No returns on perishable products. Contact support@btsrsteaks.com within 48 hours if your order arrives damaged, thawed, or not in acceptable condition. See our Return and Refund Policy for full details.
7. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel. You may cancel any time before the next renewal date through your account or by emailing support@btsrsteaks.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on btsrsteaks.com is owned by Big Texan Steak Ranch. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Big Texan Steak Ranch shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Potter County, Texas.
