Delivery Timeline

Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days. Orders placed before 12pm CT ship same day. No weekend deliveries.

1-Day Shipping: Next business day delivery. Orders before 12pm CT ship same day. Thursday orders deliver Monday. Not available for all zip codes.

Where We Ship

We ship to the 48 contiguous United States only. We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

Dry Ice Safety Warning

Your order is shipped with dry ice (solid carbon dioxide), classified as a DOT Class 9 hazardous material.

  • Do not touch with bare skin - extremely cold (-109F/-78C), causes frostbite. Use thick gloves or towels.
  • Use in well-ventilated areas only - releases CO2 that can displace oxygen. Never use in sealed rooms or cars with windows closed.
  • Do not store in airtight containers - gas buildup can cause containers to rupture.
  • Do not ingest - can cause severe internal burns.
  • Keep away from children and pets.
  • Do not dispose in sinks, toilets, or garbage disposals - leave in ventilated area to sublimate naturally.
  • First aid: Rinse with lukewarm water (not hot). Seek medical attention if blistering occurs.

When Your Order Arrives

  1. Open immediately upon delivery
  2. Handle dry ice safely - wear gloves
  3. Check product temperature - should be frozen or below 40F
  4. Transfer to freezer immediately (0F/-18C)
  5. Thaw safely: refrigerator (24hrs per 1-2 lbs), cold water, or microwave
  6. Cook to safe temperatures: 145F for steaks (3-min rest), 160F for ground beef

Never leave raw or cooked meat at room temperature for more than 2 hours.

Summer Shipping Notice

During extreme heat (June-September), we may require express shipping to certain states or hold orders until safe shipping conditions. We will never ship if quality could be compromised.

Every order includes tracking via email: order confirmation (immediately), shipping confirmation with tracking (when shipped), delivery notification (when delivered).
