Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, we guarantee your satisfaction as described below.

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged, thawed, or not in acceptable condition:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include photos of the packaging and product condition
  • We will provide a replacement or full refund at our discretion

Quality Issues

If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your steaks, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Change of Mind

Because our products are perishable, we cannot offer refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or orders where the product was delivered in proper condition. This policy applies to all perishable food orders.

How to Report an Issue

California Customers

Per California Civil Code Section 1723, this refund policy applies to all perishable food products. We do not provide refunds on perishable goods that arrive in proper condition.

Our Guarantee

We guarantee that products will arrive in proper condition for consumption. If your order does not arrive in proper condition, we will make it right - replacement or full refund, your choice.
